  1. Consultation, Administrative, Engagement whether face to face or remote, Application, Site/Centre visit, Engagement with the Project managers, Business analyst or any other assigned SME with continued project/program/Task  implementation and progress/ mapping. A non-refundable charge of £250 pounds for the day from 30 minutes applies. £550 pounds for the day applies immediately to cover associated expenses/Service/office charges.
  2. Clause 2 within 15 to 20 minutes is completely free of charge!  Also see Legal agreement.
  3. Tuition fees do not include other additional cost such as Application handling, Administration, Registration with the awarding body/University and Examination fees. All such fees are payable to the awarding body
  4. STETSON UK Health and Social Care Risk Assessors must inevitably undergo People Movers Moving & Handling, Medication, Mental Capacity and update of the Care Certificate training Knowledge and practical assessment before taking a position as a risk assessor however, upon successful knowledge, competency, induction, Qualification and previous experience assessment the worker would be legible for the role of a Risk assessor.
  5. Consultation/Engagement with the SME/Projct manager for business analysis/call out charge is £500 pounds for the day. Refer to clause 1 and 2! 
  6. EDUCATION and CONTRACT SERVICES CHARGE: Contracted Services charge, Learning and Development daily charge is £500 pounds and Initial ASSESSMENT Call out charge £250 @ 3 Hrs respectively.
  7. OUTSOURCED CONTRACT SERVICES: Outsourced contract services upon invoiced is charged at 15 percent and all relevant documentations are clearly filed and job/Task/Contract allocation meets the specifications as applies to the terms and conditions.
  8. IV / Assessor Costs: deferment, fail, repeat and / or default to complete portfolio by clients/candidate penalty of £100 will be charged each ( for Assessor or IV) per every week until programme is completed to cover extra costs in cured to the Assessor or IV for their work
  9. Any case of abandonment of programme by student that resulted in stoppage of funding the student / clients will be responsible for the full payment if indicated further interest to continue.
  10. Candidates only pay for the costs of Assessor or IV if he /she defaulted and in breach of the training schedule
  11. Any case of misbehaviour, acts of indiscipline or irresponsible conducts by the the student/candidate at the assessment venue (the organisation with whose premises the assessment is taking place or against the assessor/ IV that resulted in the student/candidate being rejected, all costs of replacement, assessment associated with such action will be fully paid for by the student/candidate.
  12. Customer, Student, Candidate or Trainee should thoroughly read, understand these terms and conditions of admission/Services and /or enrolment before signing/ticking/submitting this document as indicated below
  13. Requisition and Booking; It is very important that Customer/clients/students indicates requisition and must confirmed booking appointment before attending any of our offices premises and ambiances. This will normally be sent in form of an Email.
  14. STETSON UK will not be liable for any costs incurred if procedures is not followed or complied with.
  15. Fees paid to STETSON UK are not refundable, Once a Student / Clients has commenced a Course / Support / After Class / Services and usage of any of our products. 
  16. The STETSON UK would not accept any oral representation given or made on its behalf unless is confirmed in writing by it and also by electronic format; Email.
  17. Customer/Clients/Students who arrive late, will lose their place and will not be refunded. Please in order to avoid interruption and to ensure effective training and practical hands on Manual handling. It is inevitable that clients/students plan their journey in advance.
  18. STETSON UK reserves the right to change fees without prior notice whilst fees and charges, changes with interest rates.
  19. All STETSON UK products / courses / Services / Tuition charges / fees are payable in advance by Cash, Card payment, or Bank transfer unless Credit facilities have been agreed by VFL implementation. 
  20. VFL Implementation and monthly installment plan as agreed with the Finance Unit.

  22. Cancellations will only be accepted for Customer/Clients/students booking when two weeks or more advanced noticed are given.

  • STETSON UK will provide thorough HR/Induction/Training for 7 working days (56 hours) with paid transportation at the Gov. going rate and welfare, for all new staff and for those changing job roles based on the Care Certificate for Health & Social care  and for other sectors Generic Sector Mandatory fundamental core Skills, Knowledge and Competency. 

 

  • Making sure that all Employees have clear information on their roles and responsibilities and are never expected to work outside of their level of competence.

 

  • Supporting Employees to deliver high quality and safe Client Care and support in all raminification.

  • STETSON UK encourages Active Participation and involvement of the Candidates/Clients who attends all of our VTS including the Compliance Unit for Supervision Support and Reviews in the subject matter and for every visit booking.

 

  • The VTSSP, workspace and the Implementation is inevitable for every body ( All Clients & Stakeholders) for active engagement/participation, monitoring, Review and quality assurance.   

 

  • STETSON UK provides ongoing support system and provides free 1 to 1 support, a minimum time period of which is expected to be 1hrs and the maximum time period would be expected to be 2 hours.

 

  • The Learner/Client/Stakeholder would be held responsible for late submission, failure or otherwise withdrawal from the Course/Services as a result of nonchalant or non-compliant to the policy and procedure of the Stakeholders/Institution/college regarding assignment or any other task as appropriate to the course of training and VTS.

JOB ORDER FOR PROJECTS, SERVICES  & TASK

 

  • The PM/PD is the only responsible person who has the absolute authority to issue and raise the following documentation. ( Job orders, LPO's and any other required actioned documentation for any projects.
  • No authorized persons is allowed into controlled environment without; Booking, having a Job order to execute a specific task which gives permission to use specified Resources, Persons and Technology at any point in time. 
  • Note; The Job orders permits any designated person to the controlled and restricted areas in the STETSON UK buildings and premises for proper monitoring and control

 

HRM /RECRUITMENT

 

  1. STETSON UK uses rigorous and thorough recruitment and selection processes to ensure appointment of workers who have the appropriate knowledge and skills and who are suitable and eligible to work in adult social care.
  2. Checking applicant details, references and clearances as applicable.
  3. Ensuring that recruitment and selection procedures are in place and also in compliance with the statutory requirements and carefully follow the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and other vetting procedures.
  4. We conduct SWOT analysis and also take account of Potential employees' values, attitudes and behaviours when recruiting new staff. Effective Supervision
  5. So you know, we regularly monitor the skills and behaviour of everyone we employ, ensuring that feedback is encouraged from anyone they support or have direct contact with, including families and cares.
  6. Wages/Salary/Remuneration. Level one entry role is remunerated at the basic minimum wage of £9.00 fixed salary/wage and remuneration monthly at target / outcome based oriented and pro-rated accordingly on a target basis.
  7. Entry level 2,3 and 5 from £9.50 to £20 fixed salary/wage/remuneration.
  8. Oncall per day WFH is £20 per day and Joborder executed / implemented from home is £40 per day as agreed in your Joborder/Contract.
  9. All Payments / Remunerations / Salary to all STETSON UK Stakeholders will, must and would only be paid, if all HRM/HR Documentations / References are duly Completed, Complied, verified and Contract / Letter of Employment is offered and acknowledged ie,, signed and sealed.
  10. No commencement of any Project / Task / Job order withoout the approval of the Project management and Business Solutions Department / Unit / PD / PM and the clearance from the Finance & Accounts department approval following the UK Government guide lines in compliance with the immigration rules complied with.

 

 

STETSON UK ''The Apprentice Program''

 

 Participants must be eligible, classed as

 

professional, non professional and adhere

 

strictly to our compliance procedure and

 

must enrol. 

 

  • The Apprentice program  duration is  6 Months,30 working days for Entry level band,  20 working days in a month for Band 1, and Band 2, 3 Months, and Band 3, 2 Months.

  1. IT IS INEVITABLE THAT STAFFERS / LEARNERS / APPRENTICES LOG ACTIVITIES AS IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL ENGAGEMENTS AND PAYMENTS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE. 

  2. ALL STAFFERS  / BUSINESS  ASSOCIATES  / MEMBERS / CONTRACTORS / CONSULTANTS EMPLOYED / CONTRACTED TO WORK WITH STETSON UK MUST ENSURE THEY LOGIN / OUT ALWAYS AS THIS IS LINKED TO THE ASSOCIATED SECTOR ENGAGEMENTS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE.
  3. FAILURE WOULD RESULT TO NON-PAYMENT OF WAGES / SALARY / REMUNERATION / GENERAL PAYMENTS.
  4. AND PENALTY CHARGE OF £250 FOR NON-COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES APPLIES TO PARAGRAPHS 1 AND 3. 
  5. REMUNERATION IN BANDS: GOV GUIDES  & STETSON UK APPRENTICESHIP / TRAINEESHIP FROM: [£4:10 - £9], [£10 - £10.45], [£10,45 - £12.30], AND [£10.30 - £11] RESPECTIVELY.  

 

SALES AND REQUISITION

 

The VTSSP, workspace and the Implementation is inevitable for every body ( All Clients & Stakeholders) for active engagement/participation, monitoring, Review and quality assurance.   

 

  • All our Vehicles/Cars/Systems / Equipments / Furnitures & Fittings are sold as seen and orders are to be made and cash paid in full except otherwise credit is allowed as agreed by the Finance/Accounts Unit for VFL implementation. See guidance for the VTSSP/VFL.
  • All our servers/Workstation aka (Main System) are refurbished system are sold as seen and advertised except requisition is made for either branded or customised servers.
  • Payments made for all refurbish and branded systems excludes Delivery, installation and stand alone/Networking operating system Licences. Licenses are bought directly based upon number of users/workstations connections.
  • Networking, Licensing and configuration charge not included.
  • All main systems server purchased from STETSON UK have three month service warranty.
  • Payments are not refundable For all purchases of refurbished system bought.
  • For all branded systems please see terms and conditions as it applies
  • For every purchases of equipment, systems and services requisition bought on credit order. Note, payment is made within the month:20 working days after invoicing. Thereafter a surcharge of 20% is levied every month on invoices not paid within the credit period.
  • Subsequent reminder by the credit control would incur a further 10% chargeable for administrative and credit control
  • If payment is not made within 40 working days of purchase, Equipment are recovered/Returned and Equipment leased and charged as used/consulted. Clients would be charge for usage.
  • If Customer/clients fails to pay. The company deems it fit to charge clients to court and thus clients/Customer would be liable for all court charges.
