The PM/PD is the only responsible person who has the absolute authority to issue and raise the following documentation. ( Job orders, LPO's and any other required actioned documentation for any projects.

 

No authorized persons is allowed into controlled environment without; Booking, having a Job order to execute a specific task which gives permission to use specified Resources, Persons and Technology at any point in time. 

 

Note; The Job orders permits any designated person to the controlled and restricted areas in the STETSON UK buildings and premises for proper monitoring and control.

 

So you know, for all accesses into controlled and restricted area in STETSON UK, Digital access card would be made available to the designated person.

Line Manager PD/PM/DO

  1. Receive calls & record messages for tracking/monitoring.
  2. Booking Clients/Customer/Learner for service requisition. (See all requisition tab)
  3. Registration of Client/Customer/Learner on the (www.stetsonuk.com) for monitoring & compliance.
  4. Note; Register clients with; User name, email preferable using Password123@ initially, then to be changed by user.

DIRECTOR OPERATIONS (EDUCATION & ADMINISTRATION)

The employees are expected to work using their own initiative unsupervised but monitored through our integrated database login system and Compliance in a virtual technology. So, you know as a reminder, we monitor and record all our processes.

Role:  Administrative & Compliance Officer.

 

Responsible to the line Manager: PD/PM/Manager  

  Employees can liaise with their HOD if any problem or query arises.   

 

TASK AND DUTIES AS AGREED

1. You are responsible for ensuring that management and staff comply with UKBA, Health & Safety, accreditation, college policies and other regulatory authorities. 

2. Dealing with correspondence (Letters, Fax, Telephones, and Email etc.) 

3. Keeping and maintaining College Administrative Records 

4. Quality assurance of administrative staff 

5. Handling of enquiries 

6. Able to take on the roles of the Administrative secretary, student services and administrative officer including data entry

7. On call monitoring 

8. Ensure effective payments of Clients/Learners outstanding clients fees. 

9. Follow up calls, log of calls and contact. 

10. Link of communication with students (Letters, Emails etc.) 

11. Enrol and register students/Learners 

12. Company paralegal secretary, Minutes of meetings, sign-in book. 

13. Assists in the management of the department by evaluating existing and proposed organizational policies and procedures. 

14. Responds to requests from the public and other governmental and private entities for organization, technical, operations, and administrative information about the company and other franchise outlet. 

15. Coordinate’s compliance with safety procedures between department staff and safety personnel. 

16. Prepares narrative, graphical and statistical reports with alternative solutions for resolving issues; prepares correspondence and other written materials. 

17. You can be redeployed to any of the company centres to work 

18. To do any other task or duty assign to you.

 

We will need your continued feedback during this transition phase and expect to consult with you frequently. Above all, we are eager to see your daily workload confined to a manageable number of hours. With the online system integration, this should begin to happen immediately.
